Payment by 100% Irrevocable Transferable USANCE LC 60 Days from the B/L date.

Procedure: The SOP is as follows:

1. Buyer issues a letter of intent (LOI) together with the terms and conditions. Payment terms and prices.
2. Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and returns to Seller along with Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) duly signed and sealed by the buyer.
3. Seller issues a draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) for Buyer to review; Returned to seller for acceptance. Upon Seller’s Approval this SPA sent to the buyer is duly signed and stamped. This will be sent to Buyer for their sign with stamp.
4. Buyer will issue a draft LC by the bank and send it to the seller for approval through the seller Bank. Only interbank transactions are possible.
5. When both banks fully accept, the buyer opens the LC.
6. Loading arrangements will begin within 7-10 business days after receiving the LC. Buyer’s bank including submission documents Seller will list on LC as required by Buyer.
7. SGS inspection is done before shipment from Loading port for quality, Quantity according to contract i.e. SPA.
